Ordering by Web Site

Ordering a gift, trophy, or award is easy.

To place your order, simply download the order form, choose your product, specify if you want artwork (or send us your custom artwork), enter what text you would like engraved and email or fax it back to us.  If you have any problems downloading the form, please call and we will send you one by mail or email.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept cash and checks.  Personal checks must clear before production of merchandise begins.

Ordering by Fax

You can download and print a copy of an order form by clicking on the Order Form. Fax order form to 904-757-7432.

If you have custom artwork, such as a company logo, please email us a black and white version of the artwork in an .eps, .cdr, or .ai file.

Your order is very important to us. We will begin work on your personalized gift as soon as we have a completed order. Please indicate clearly if the item(s) is (are) for a specific date.

Returns and Exchanges

When ordering, please clearly indicate the exact spelling for all engraving and confirm dates for engraving. We proof our work very carefully. If an error is made on our part, please return the incorrect item within 14 days, and we will immediately send out a corrected item.  There will be no charge for shipping back a defective product.  Please make sure all glassware is intact, and in the case of substantial breakage, please file a claim with UPS.  All packages will be insured.

Special Requests

Special Requests are our specialty, so be sure to ask what products we can acquire through numerous suppliers.  Special designs are also our specialty.  If you want a type of artwork on your item(s), we will send you numerous choices from which to choose.

Most shipping in the USA is done through UPS,

Delivery is available in the Jacksonville, Yulee, and Amelia Island, Florida, areas.

Upon request Overnight and Rush shipments are available; however, additional charges may apply.
